Returns and refunds

Contact us at info@mancard.ai within 30 days of receiving your order if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos so we can review it. If approved, we will offer a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.

We do not accept returns for a wrong size, color, or variation selected at checkout, change of mind, or personal preference. This applies to made-to-order shirts as well. These limits do not affect any rights you have under applicable law.

How to request a return

Email info@mancard.ai before sending anything back. If a return is required, we will email you the correct return address and shipping instructions after approving your request. Please do not send an item back before contacting us. For an approved damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will cover required return shipping or provide a prepaid return label.

Refunds

We will let you know when your request has been reviewed and, if a return is required, when the item has been received and inspected. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Your payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Statutory rights

If applicable law gives you additional cancellation, withdrawal, or return rights, including for eligible orders delivered to the European Union, those rights still apply. Contact us at info@mancard.ai to exercise them.
